Since shotties are pretty much a OHK, FR and LitC are only useful for overshields or if your intended is slightly out of range, also anyone who would abuse this is probably running a shottie as a primary and won't waste ammo just for the slim chance of needing the perk. While The abuse of sniper FR made sense, was the nerf only limited to snipers or were HC etc included,anyone?
