Got to rank 3 earlier on my 319 hunter and only got a 310 blue artifact :(

Seriously it's rank 3 .. Rank 1 is pretty much handed to us. So 2 levels, maybe 1 to 2 nights of playing and you want better?

Considering theres -blam!- all endgame rewards and pvp stuff to do except trials and ib. So yes is the answer to ur question, even if it was a 310 armour or anything just shit its a 310 artifact everytime. If u run raids u got loads of 320's anyway, even a 280 mark would be better
