You can change regions you trade on east i always find people willing to go low and in europe i can always get someone to pay high so i was buying at 25 and selling at 100.... I havent played in about 3 weeks i cant remember whats a hot item but best thing to do is watch trade chat and take notes on what people are talking about and prices
