Buy 1,000 yard stare its the only sniper people use, it has the highest aim assist (this might have changed).
When you get better buy a higher impact sniper because you wont need the aim assist anymore.
Try to keep moving 1 or 2 kills then switch positions unless you know you are safe try for the drag shots its feels good when you get them. Use all the guns and decide what you like.

Not starting an argument just wanted to add that by itself its aim assist is not the highest, it's when it's combined with the right scope and perks that it becomes highest
-
I think the highest it the sniper of Osiris (the new one)
-
Not sure what it is, I know the base aim assist on the raid sniper is higher then the base aim Assist of the 1K but the 1k can change scopes
-
I didnt know that part if thats true then fair enough i wouldn't have argued with you either way. Iwas just trying to help they guy and got sh.at on for something. Maybe i should have said one of the highest aim assist my point was use aim assist untill he gets used to sniping. Thanks for the info anyway.
-
Yup just trying to spread info. :) have a good day

Do NOT listen to this guy. 1000-Yard Stare is a solid sniper, but it only has a MODERATE aim assist. There are several snipers with more aim assist. Also, the only sniper with more Impact is Black Spindle, which is HORRIBLE for PvP.
-
Do you know numbers got to the armoury check the stats for yourself your such an idiot
-
Oh the irony... Weyloran's March, Defiance of Yasmin, and Hereafter are just three examples of snipers that have more aim assist. There are only four high-Impact snipers in The Taken King. 1000 Yard Stare, Eirene, Stillpiercer, and Black Spindle. They all have the same Impact, except Spindle. Perhaps you should check the numbers.

You just confirmed my comment thank you and goodbye (0,,o)
-
Sorry you couldn't read my comment i said (this may have changed) im just trying to help him get better use an assist gun till he gets use to timing and then move to a less heavy assisted weapon. You seem hurt for some reason. Eirene is what I use anyway.
-
I'm not hurt, I'm trying to give this guy accurate information.
-
Have you read what AA actually does? It doesn't scope in and aim the shot for you.
-
Edited by SirJ2theK: 1/26/2016 5:44:02 PMIt drags the scope when a target moves across the screen it "assists with your Aim" yes you pull the trigger of course but thats the easy part. If you need help with sniping maybe you can get an aimbot lag switch
-
It only does this for a fraction of a second though and that's only once you've placed the reticle on the opponent's head. You still have to aim. Smh.
