I don't know the number, if i did i wouldn't have this problem, since i found all the fragments across all my characters i can't look up which one my warlock is missing, if it is missing one.

Well the court of Oryx gives you the fragments with the stolen runes only if you get the right combination of enemies, not just any enemies you get with stolen runs, maybe you didn't get the right combination on your warlock.
