I don't see how DeeJ said to stop playing to make the game better. You took that way out of context.

No, I don't think I did. And the majority of the community agrees with me. You don't like Destiny don't play it. What happens when a game isn't played? The company goes under. What would bring the company out of a hole? Make a game the players want to play. What happens to the player base? IT comes back. Company thrives. Yeah, pretty sure you misconstrued deej's meaning. It's pretty clear to me that he just wants people to love the game, and to continue to tell Bungie how to make it better so they'll be playing a game they love

I have to agree that it seems you may have taken the comments out of context. I do not see where he says not to play the game to prove a point. Gamers understand that multiple games should be played by all, they just want as much time as possible from you. The line where he commented on in game play was focused more on what we play dictates to Bungie our interests. So if Rift IB is a flop in their eyes, Rift will get removed from rotation most likely.
