Lol. As I said in a reply. Sometimes a real life thing just takes priority. You could afk it and deal with that ridicule or bail and take the consequence. Your choice.

OP would rather you just set the controller down and go take care of business. It's better to have an AFK player instead of a new player brought in when another player quits. At least, according to OP's logic.
