Depending on how you look at it. If you're exhausted than maybe you should just go do something else. I love playing competitive games every game, pub stomping is boring. I'm ranked under 200 in everything except Rumble on gurdian.gg. In Rumble I'm ranked 30 and the competition at that level almost makes it a different game.
