Why do you care if someone leaves? Because it ruined your chances of winning? What exactly do you get from a win that you don't also get from a loss? Nothing.
Win, loss, it's all hollow.
Why do you care if someone leaves? Because it ruined your chances of winning?
I'll concede that because if this games RNG there's no real 'cost' for losing vs winning. However many times the difference in points is not so terrible that the idea of a comeback is impossible. When it does happen it's glorious. So yes people leaving will put the kibosh on a comeback and while it may not matter for RNG it does matter for bounties, weekly crucible, and for y'know just...winning. So the fact that people feel so comfortable with just bailing on a team is troublesome and should not be encouraged. Having consequences for actions (especially negative ones) should be part of every game.

Too each their own. I'd completely stop queuing crucible if punishments were put into place.

To me that seems like a harsh way to deal with it. Play crucible matches to their conclusion and it won't affect you. Unless you're someone who does it often. Then I can see why you'd react that way.

I do if often. Dislike the map, drop. 4 or more red bars, drop. Same map twice in a row, drop If I'm red bar, drop

Edited by X-LoganX: 1/25/2016 6:14:33 PMTo me all those scenarios are legit. I did mention in knew of the replies that there's could be a 30 second window (or some small timeframe) when a match starts (or when you enter a match) where the penalty would not apply. To me that's fair. It's the ones leaving the match simply because they are loosing that's my issue. I'll add an edit clarifying some more.
