It's easy strat. Kill all the eyes,focus on the big ogre. As soon as it's dead jump up and smash her back doors in with swords, she dies very quickly

Does the 2nd orge always come at the top or just if you don't kill the wizard quick enough after killing the first yellow-bar orge?

Didn't know a second one appeared so I guess it's cause you didn't kill her quick enough. I killed her in about 40seconds using a sword on my own. If you have a fire team team you'd smash it

A second ogre appears if you don't kill the wizard fast enough after killing the first. I've never personally seen a second one appears but it does happen if groups just can't dps fast enough.
