i don't see leather armor covering any less in other games or the ballistic vest covering any less of the chest area in real life.....

Have you ever worn body or ballistic armor in real life? I have. Some vest offer much less protection than others. But it is a lot less cumbersome and allows you to move much better. Others offer maximum protection but are much heavier as a result. Try putting 40lbs in your back pack then try putting 80+ lbs and tell me which is easier to move with

I never commented on the sports bra at all. My point was heavier armour makes people slower. Hunters are quick with lite armour. Visually and statistically in game. Titans are slow (minus titan skating)with heavy armour. Visually and statistically in game. So using what the game supplies my point is valid. Using your experience in the military you can understand my point on how heavy gear and armour makes people slower than if they had less weight encumbering them. I agree that so far in the future they should in theory, have lite weight form fitting armour, while covering more than half their body.
