I have the emblem. I actually had to do it on my warlock, as I never got it on my Titan. I do believe that it's a bit of a bug where it won't go to your postmaster if your emblems are full on your character when you complete the questline, so you'll have to get it on another character.

I have it. I completed the same quest at same time as my friend, and they did not receive it. Not sure if that was due to their emblems being full at the time or if emblem is random drop.
