First of all, vape isn't smoke thus why it is called "vape". Second of all you don't get high from smoking tobacco or smoking vape.
Third why do you care what someone else does with their own body? Tobacco isn't heroine, it's not going to screw you over if you do it once everyday. Also the side-effects of tobacco are often exaggerated, though I know the risks of tobacco if you over do it. I should know because my Grandmom died because of lung cancer, but then again she smoked, did pot, and was a woodstock hippie. Also it is highly implassible for someone to get cancer for just solely taking in secondhand smoke, and walking through smoke or vape isn't going to make you smell.
Learn to pick your battles, and not get overworked over small things like smoking. I used to hate the smell of smoke because my family always did it, now I just don't care because I know it's something too little to get overworked over.

only if you're in kissing distance of the smoker
-
More like in speaking distance. The point is, I don't want even 5% of the toxins that smokers put into their bodies. Even just the smell is bad enough. Why people still choose to start smoking is beyond me, but as long as they stay away from me, they can kill themselves however they like.

Either a joke post or OP is so salty that he can't think straight.

Vape contains nicotine which is a drug. It is a stimulant. The second hand vape exposes others to the nicotine.
-
Nicotine does not cause cancer, chronic breathing problems or any of the other negative side effects from smoking. It just doesn't. Actually nicotine is about as hazardous to your health as caffeine. It's not the nicotine that is causing the negative health effects of smoking. It's the combustion of the tobacco that causes the carcinogens.
-
Not all "vapes" have nicotine. Some do tho
-
Not all "vapes" have nicotine. Some do tho
I have never smoked anything except a couple puffs on one of my Dad's cigarettes when I was 16. Lucky for me, he smoked unfiltered Camels. I thought I was going to die. So obviously, I am no expert on "vaping," but I have read about it and why many municipalities are prohibiting it.

My whole moms side of the family has smoking problems, yes if you are setting with smokers you are going to smell. However if you are just passing by one, no.

Smokers aren't just affecting themselves, they're affecting every obey around them inhaling the second hand smoke.
-
Secondhand smoke has been proven to not hurt those who inhale, however if you are "hotboxed" or continually inhale for several deep breaths, then it makes an affect.
