Hello Clamtoaster,
If you do not want your Gamertag to be publicly visible on your Bungie.net account, please visit your [b]Profile>Settings>Linked Accounts[/b] setting. Once here, please make sure that box for "Display on public profile" is [b]NOT[/b] checked.

I've tried that. Even tried putting in my ps3 account as my linked account for this and unlinking my xbox account. When I do a google search of my old xbox gamertag after all this, the google search still shows my profile with my new xbox gamertag. Even I looked at it as a public viewer, not currently logged in. Is there set amount of time I should wait for my profile to updated? It's no so much of people on bungie.net seeing it, it's people outside who are trying to give me grief. Thanks in advance for the help.
