Also when you said it wouldn't cost BUNGIE a dime to give you an exotic, you are supposed to earn it not beg for it.

You don't really earn anything in destiny it's all random, and yes, each time you do strike back to back your chances of getting legendary and exotic equipment increase, but not by much and you would still have to be potentially grinding for hours on end.
