<310 is perfectly fine for all parts of hard mode except Oryx.
Maybe you should have helped educate him on what he was doing wrong.

Even oryx can be done under 310 asking as they know what they're doing.

If it was months ago then yeah. But now its jus a pain in the ass and i wanna finnish the damn raid. Stuck at a checkpoint for 2 hours cause the same low light guy dies. Its a kick or ill leave simple as that.
