Hard mode isn't a teaching raid. That's what normal mode is for.

Hard mode is different then normal mode. Things work a bit different. Someone has to teach them that. Strats that work on normal mode, dont have to work on hard mode. It has always been like this with raids. Strats and stuff are things that always have to be learned again.
