The problem with Democrats is all they focus on is social issues. Obamas sitting around worrying about "His sons" Mike brown adn trayvon getting shot meanwhile our debt grows 10 trillion under him
Bernie Sanders is EVEN WORSE and more focused on social issues. He has even stated his number one focus is social issues. Our Number one focus needs to be our debt

You are aware that it's been the gop that's sent the nation into an economic downward spiral right.... Bush's wars don't ring a bell? Homestead rebate? Literally thousands of new subsidy programs? Spent money like it was going out of style and he did it of all times, right smack in the middle of a new war that he created. That's what has increased the budget by something like 60% since then. And warranted the taxation of the Super rich in the nation to cover for all the money he spent making them happy in the first place. Anyone who doesn't see that the gop is about the gop and not the American people is really not very observant.

Are you kidding me? Obama has spent more money than any president ever...combined! We were around $8 trillion in debt before he took office. We're closing in on $19 trillion at the moment.

Fair enough but he willingly continued most of the same policy, as for inflation hes been it's primary driving force spending more than any other president insuring who ever wins the office next inherits more.

If you reduce our debt even further you strengthen the dollar even more which in turn makes our goods even more expensive for the rest of the world to buy. The only politician who has even an inkling of interest in reducing our debt is Rand Paul. Absolutely every other candidate on either side plans on increasing. In one way or the other. The way I see it if they're going to increase debt I'm going to get as much as I can for it. That's why I like Bernie. Who else is actually going to give me things? no one

The only way to reduce the debt is more revenue. Aka, taxes. You can cut spending all you want but if you aren't taking in any taxes, you will always run a deficit.
