If you die, reset the raid and do it flawlessly, you'll get the trophy. I did it by myself on one character. It took me a few tries, but I still got the trophy when I was done.

I tried that. I even solo flawlessed it last night and still no Achievement. It's seriously bugged for me for some reason.
