Few and far between. I know they banned for the trial glitch in year 1. Also was it from PSN or Xbox? Or did they go against a bungie employee to cause their ban. Cause the state of the crucible is ridiculous right now. Last night I had a guy in an area that was not in the area of the game. Just sat their with a sniper and had a field day.
It seems trials is the only place they look at. It still isn't being done enough. I am sure you have seen the number of people with red bars always being at the top of the leader board. I know it is not all of them but it is just odd that many people with red bar are at the top and that they are hard to kill. Recently the connection issues have gotten worse. Bungie/Activision needs to put in dedicated servers to fix this. I blame them for the state of crucible.
You ever thought that maybe the person with the red bar is so good because they have learned to play with the lag. My internet speed used to be atrocious, but it was all we could get. So I adapted i constantly played as if everyone was lagging. You can learn to deal with it. Sure some will are more than likely cheating but the thing is that it's very easy to tell when someone is cheating and score is not a good indicator. Also the reason they look at trials so much is because that is were more people report the issues. If more people did that in normal crucible then you would see more results there as well.
