It might be because I've had mine for over a year, but I've noticed that the paddles aren't as responsive as the actual buttons. Still, it works wonders in pvp.

Ya, I've been curious about the wear and tear time on them. I'm sure it comes down to usage and other factors but I'm to at least get a solid year from it

To be completely honest, I ended up spending $220 in my first one. Got a sweat paint job, red led lights, and all the bells and whistles. Cosmetically and usage wise, I'd still say it was worth it. I am a very aggressive player with my controllers, and usually wear out the sticks within 6 months on regular controllers. Due to bad eating habits, my buttons get the horrible 'stuck' problem. What I mean is that my sticks do not stay centered, and have to put in effort to actual not move making some games incredibly hard to play when careful navigation is required. As far as buttons, sometimes they tend to keep being pressed in when I am not touching them, or they just don't register me pressing them at all. My scuff however... The only problem I have ever had is that there seems to be an almost unnoticeable delay when pressing a paddle. In fact, I never noticed it until doing the Oryx challenge mode when I had trouble maximizing my jump height. Because I can't remember exactly how long I've had it, I'll just say I got it shortly after CoD: Advanced Warfare came out. For the fact that I still don't have any issues with it, $220 for a sick paint job 4 remappable paddled scuff with trigger stops and hair triggers is sooooo worth it.
