How about no. If they were to do this, sunsinger would become very useless in PvP and a little in PvE because with the DoT of burning, this subclass is nothing.

You can get killed while trying to stop it, you know. The sunsinger can still take advantage of the burning. Sunsinger would be far from useless btw. They would still have the long range melee, one hit melee, melee over shield, sticky grenades and significant damage resistance with super on.
