Destiny with all the expansions takes around roughly 60gbs on xbox one

Are you absolutely sure? I was thinking like 40GB or something...

From the documentation and recommendations (as well as the other posts here) it would seem that 60gb is indeed the case.

lol my internet cap is 80GB and I've probably used up 30 this month

A good chunk of it is on the disc already, but given the crazy overage rates for ISPs, it might be better to wait if you aren't sure. I think most of it is on the disc, though.
