Hi Blacklights
This grim card is unlocked when you get to the will of crota (omnigul strike) quest. Have you finished the Dark Below quest line up to that point?
Also please edit your tags to remove your second tag. It's unnecessary and inappropriate.

Actually it would seem just gaining access is supposed to grant the card. Please check your quests and abandoned quest kiosk and see if you see any dark below quests. If so finish that questline and you will earn it...however if you dont have one then im not sure. Also as a note the abandoned kiosk is bugged. Please accept the quests on the first page to see the next pages.

Sorry i'm french and my english is limited. I've finish that quest on my 3 personnage. And i don't unlock this card. If it's a bug i can't have max score grimoire :'(

Sorry for the delay I was researching and i'm not seeing any other reports of a bug for this but i did see in your account records where you did do those missions leading up to The Will of crota. So honestly i'm not sure. I know you finished the quests before but please check the abandoned quest kiosk anyway and see what it shows. If it shows the quest line again please run through it one more time. I know that's a bit of a chore but it might be the only way as it didn't award it the first time.

Thanks for you help, i've got nothing abandoned quest. I try again the strike and if the card is again lock i broke the CD ^^ Thx Man and good game
