Judgment grant
Not sure if intended or broken. But iv gotten the rank 2 house judgment's judgment grant four times now.

Do you mean it's available every time you go to the reef? That would be a glitch. Every week(at reset) the package is available again. That's intended. So if you are only going to the reef every weekend to grab trials stuff then that's why you're getting it multiple times.
