Would this apply a DOT to those who get hit by it, or is it a "get touched and you're dead" kind of deal?

I wouldn't want it to be something like 1 touch and you're dead kind of deal. I would like a chance to get out and live with a sliver of hp. Think of it like a sun spot or void granade. With Viking fuel.

That sounds vastly inferior to a rocket or HMG. I'd think akin to the Purifier from Black Ops 3 for a reference.
