Considering that it's 8:40 in Seattle right now (I doubt even everyone who works at bungie is even there yet) and they've already acknowledged the glitch, I'd say today around 7:00-8:00 PST (sorry everyone in Europe, I know you've been up for 9 hours now and you just want your NF fixed, even though GMT is the "beginning" time zone, it isn't for bungie, it's just the way the world works
