I'm on the Xbox One. And it was on the day they had the Bungie Bounty on Xbox one. as for the time I'm fairly confident that It was during or VERY slightly before the event, seeing as I was anticipating the Bounty's beginning.

It was before the event started, you did not earn the emblem, that's why nobody who played them prior to the event has it either.

Uhm...your pic obviously shows Xbox, No Duh! Completely missed that sorry. Just as long as it was during the Bounty. BNGHelp should be able to have them get it to you when they come back on the 21st. I've seen them and Mentors get that stuff taken care of before. So just message BNGHelp5 or Charlemegne after the 21st if you don't get it.
