Gear infuse question
Hello, question regarding infusing and stats such as int, dis, and str.
How much can I expect stats to go up per defense point?
Just tested on boots
Def int dis
281 61 60
292 63 62
304 67 65
311 69 68
Those stats are without the items perks.
It seems like the defense has to hit a threshold before the stats go up.
I'll work it out tomorrow. Don't feel like it now.
So now I am being told by a monitor that bungie will most likely not be commenting on this. As they do not disclose secrets of the game.
A. It's no secret. As soon as you infuse stats go up. You can see it no secret.
B. It is a core aspect of the game. That player should be informed on!

6 RepliesI've only started tracking this myself, so not sure yet if the increase to int/disc/strg is 'set' for X amount of Defense increase, or if it's more of a percentage thing. It does seem like the stats increase rate goes up as you get closer to 320. The helmet for hunters that FWC sells went up 3 stat points going from defense of 316 to 320. It definitely does not go up at that kind of rate (3 stat points per 4 defense) from 280 to 310.

10 RepliesInt/Dis/Str doesn't go up when you infuse Legendary/Exotic gear. It's just the defense, nothing else. [spoiler]Don't use Tags like hashtags on Instagram.[/spoiler]

2 RepliesOnly the defense value goes up. The Intellect/Discipline/Strength does not not change. However, you can use Glass Needles to "re-roll" the properties of exotic armor. Hope this helps out!

Thus maybe highering your light level which is the average attack and defense of your character. Use this when infusing to get accurate results: http://www.destinyinfused.com/ Intellect decreases the cool down timer for your super. Strength reduces the cool down timer of your melee ability Discipline decrease the cool down timer of your grenades.
