Yes!
I'd imagine it would look like a Machine Gun that fires out arcing projectiles that don't travel far at first. When they impact they leave a small area of napalm.
Just thinking about how they could implinent this a bit easier.

The range would like that of a shotgun. That seems fair enough right? And the longer you fire, pun intended, the further the range gets.

Yeah so you have to commit ammo usage to reach people out of Melee range.
