Exactly. I came to say this. There is really no incentive other than K/D. And if that doesn't matter to a person, then they can literally skirt by and not put in any effort and just take advantage of RNG. They should at least incentivize getting first like guarantee a legendary engram for first place on each team. It's very discouraging when you have a great round, and the last place person gets a legendary drop while you get a mote or many times, nothing at all.
