All close range weapons with firefly are causing this issue if you can select another perk until there is a fix in place.
It happens when multiple effects happen with firefly
Bungie is aware of this issue

Are they going to fix this issue at some stage..? I like that hand cannon, but it's currently rotting in my vault.

Is it on a selectable skill tree so you can use it with another perk until the fix

My vendor-stock The Vanity does the same thing. Funny thing, too, it's only crashed my PS4. Never had a problem with last-gen. Oh, well...
