You just leave and join another strike. Or you do what I do park up and go make a coffee and a sandwich. Then come back and they always have pissed off.

I do feel crappy though, when I try this and the non-AFK teammate leaves and is replaced by a newbie who tries to solo it. I want to help one person, but not the other.

Yes it is a dilemma. Most of the time I will just bail and find another strike.
