I don't understand what was so hype about ttk. There was literally almost no new content. All those new exotics they made are not available. All they did was make year 1 gear "year 2" and made everyone's panties wet smh. People are stupid

Lol, what? TTK had more content than HoW and TDB combined. New raid, two strikes, more if you count ps exclusives on Xbox, an entire new area for patrol and missions. All other DLC had you running the same levels backwards. PoE was the "end game content" that got boring the quickest. We got three new subclasses too. TTK was an actual DLC. The others felt like "events". But if destiny 2 doesn't bring brand new stuff, I'll be done. I'm sick of the same constricted patrol areas with zero exploration potential. I want Mercury, Europa, Titan, inside the traveler, the city, all that and more. Not unreasonable either considering it will be a new game.

Edited by Ranked1intrials: 1/7/2016 4:36:51 PMTwo new strikes but took out every year 1 strike making it so there's only 6 strikes in rotation. There are maybe 8 new exotics from like the 20 they said there would be but all the dumbasses got hyped up cause they're bring "year 1" gear to year 2 like wtf was the point of that just make new guns. All that was new was a raid and subclasses. House of wolves had so much more. Poe even though it was trash. Trials of Osiris which is arguably the only thing saving destiny from extinction. The reef. Strikes. New guns that were mainly legendaries that were useful so there was a variety unlike ttk where they made a bunch of exotics that suck ass as if we could have 20 exotics equipped anyways. Then on top of that they still time hate shit. If you think ttk had more content then I'm sorry I don't mean to be mean but you're dumb All they'll do for destiny 2 is announce "g horn will make it to destiny 2 along with all the year 1 weapons" and everyone will get their panties in a bunch instead of actually making new shit

Well you edited while I was commenting so I have to redo it. Trials was not new content. It was a different game mode on already existing crucible maps. Not new at all. The reef was new and PoE was new, but the missions were running levels in reverse, again. The single strike was half new. No new areas to patrol. PoE is tiny. The exotics in TDB and PoE are the worst ones that have come out. You're confusing "more" and "better". TTK has objectively more content. Arguing against that moronic.

Rotation? The strikes are still there, just not in the playlist. You can still do them. But that is not new content, that's old. And adding them all to the high level strike list is not some grand gesture. It's to make idiots feel like they "got something". New content is new and has nothing to do with old content. Omnigul strike for example. New strike, old shit. It was running through areas we already have seen and fought in to take out different ad spawns and fight wizards in a tiny room. Nothing at all new in that strike. Yet it was sold to us as a new strike in TDB.

The strikes are there but are you about to run a level 8 strike cause why not? I think not. They took more content out than new content they put in. It was basically a new game at that point that happen to take up more space on your hard drive because of shit no one plays
