I've seen it drop for others but have yet to get one myself. Just bad luck since I play crucible quite a bit.

Yup! Came top in a clash match the other day, the 2 guys at the bottom both scored 0.3....one of them got the red spectre and the other got a Luna (looked like a good roll too) I got.....nothing lol it's the one gun I really want
