Yep, I still need to finish the sunbreaker quest and had a match where I hit a stormcaller with a hammer and he still had plenty of health. Before I could throw another hammer he one-shotted me with a lightning bolt from scout rifle range. This is a joke. By nerfing Sunbreakers so bad (a 3 second cooldown on cauterize? Really? 1.5 - 2 seconds would have been fine) it has just made the already OP supers (Golden Gun and Stormcaller) that much more OP.
