I've used sunbreaker since the recent patch and I did notice they aren't nearly as good as what they used to be. But have you ever seen the other side of things?
Bladedancer is a pvp subclass main, it outright pretty much sucks in pve
Same with gunslinger (without nighthawk)
Also sunsinger and nova bomb
The majn best supers in pve right now are Defender, Nightstalker, and sort of stormtrance
To go back to the sunbrraker topic theyre still amazing, maybe people were used to the god tank with endless healing and hammers but this is what is now.
Its fine in pve, good in pvp
Fist is good in pvp
Defender is good at both
No more nerfs only buffs (weapons)

You quite obviously don't use a titan at all, do you?

Sunbreaker is not fine in PvE
-
Yes it is Better than bladedancer and golden gun Also sunsinger depending on the weapon in hand

No, it really isn't. Are you a defensive player or surrounded by enemies all the time player? Because I'm the second one, and you can't do that anymore. You will die before you can kill everything, that shouldn't happen. And yes, those two need PvE buffs, but I don't care if they leave it alone in PvP, but all the perks need undone for PvE. It IS useless. But just because it's better than a few things doesn't make it good. And there's no issue with Sunsingers (Other than grenade and melee charge rates during super now)

Yes really Every super can be wrecked in one way, shape or form. Especially when you use it in a situation like you do You're like my friend who pops a super in front of two people when said friends health is already below shields If you use it correctly you can get by with it good. I dont main titan, its my least favorite class but its still a character that needs balanced. Its sunbreaker subclass is right where it should be, buff to pve but if that buff enters the pvp then heck no.
