Yeah he is a gun smith. Waiting on gunsmith rolls is fine - it's better than total rng for perks. You just have to wait weeks and weeks to get what you want.

Thnx - look at this iron banner - 1:100 chance at a weapon then it is either good or useless depending on perks.

I got to rank 5 by Friday and spent the next 2 days desperately grinding for loot. Got a shotgun with a good roll, bought the auto and almost gave up on the cloak. Finally found one, 285 but it's cool I can buff it
