It's better than RNG. Wait to get a gun then hate it cause of a - bs perks or b - bs scope or c - combination of both! Breaking down weapons should give actual weapons parts. Like outlaw module, feeding frenzy module or whatever.

I am sure a lot of players would like the idea, but what about weapon stats, would the blank weapon come with set ones?
