Actually I have great internet, but there used to be a problem with my xbox wireless turning off by itself and i would have to hard reset it. I think xbox fixed it in a software update though because it hasnt happened in a long time
If you read my comment, it doesn't have to be your actual Internet. The most common reason for weasel errors is a dip in voltage at your router or cable box due to a failing power supply. (The first piece of hardware to fail on devices)

Sounds like you are experiencing it already. I can guarantee you, there were zero updates to wireless on Xbox. I have an Xbox. Used to have the same problem and took a lot of research to figure it out.
