HI x0x010x0x I'm very sorry to hear your armor materials have disappeared. Have you checked to see if maybe they are on a different character? Did you maybe do a lot of infusing as that takes materials as well? I hope they turn back up. However, Bungie is unable to go into individual accounts to add/change/alter any items, characters, or values. If they have disappeared they are unfortunately uncoverable. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12211

I'm also aware that they make exceptions. Materials should have a lock, just like gear.

  • I'm sorry they actually do not make exceptions. However, a lock on items might not be os bad. I'd wonder how it would function on using it for infusing though would the lock simply stop deletion as opposed to utilization. In any regard maybe comment in feedback about the option and see if it gains support. And then maybe it might be put in:D

  • That is patently untrue. Recently someone was retroactively given an SRL emblem. It's public knowledge. A discard unlock. Consumption would be far from a possible erroneous use.

  • I'm aware of the policy, and none of the suggested reasons are how this happened. I was using a material, with my cursor squarely over what I wanted to use, and it discarded the adjacent slot. The cursor was NOT overlapping. The moment it happened I stopped and stared in disbelief. I am wide a wake, not grind-worn.
