This happened to me a few minutes ago, what I did to fix it was to remove the hard drive then put it back in my Xbox. It worked fine right after that.

It didn't work sadly

Mine was on and connected to Xbox live. After a few attempts of "launch, Can't play, launch, Can't play", I've returned to the dashboard, signed out of my account, removed the Hard drive, replaced the Hard drive, logged back into my account then launched Destiny (and it worked).

When you launched destiny it said problem reading game content
