Shoulder charge is garbage anyway right now. I've been smacking people only to take them to half health

With level advantages enabled for Iron Banner and ToO, if you're just a few light points lower it makes a difference.

You are only 297 light. That's probably the problem

Highest level is 311. This is just in regular pvp. It just seems like the hit detection is poo. Half the time it does no damage and the other half the time it does 1/2 to 1/4 damage
