This is ridiculously OP, if you brought this idea to any competitive or sweaty player they'd laugh at you. Being invincible even for 1 sec is too strong in fps games, you could basically get out of every firefight alive.

You can be invincible in BO3 to body shots.

You get double health with kinetic armor, the game tries to make it look like you'll be invincible but that isn't the case. People have tested it and killed people using kinetic armor with just bodyshots.

That's a specialist though, which you have to wait for to charge. You can get it maybe twice a match or so, also it doesn't make you invincible. If you get shot enough you should still die, you basically get extra body armor which doesn't apply to the head. If they headshot you, you're dead.
