They do that when doing testing internally, not to the players, FFS. It's actually a pretty good method to remove bias, stuff like that's been done forever, long before video games even existed. Get your facts straight, man.

There are adjustments Bungie makes to the game lessening percentages and damages they don't announce. And they state "bugs" or "mishaps". Please remember that disagreements aren't attacks on you. There's no need for "FFS". We all want the game to be better. Im not disrespecting you, I'm simply responding with the topic being what's in mind, not condescending anybody who brings feedback. Ok bro? There are examples of Bungie changing stats in game and NOT announcing them. A simple one is the First iron banner after the RNG lessened. No announcement other than twitch where they stated RNG will reward top players more often and the result was every player rewarded barely ever. ;)

Anyway, Supreme butthurt (how original) here is getting all frothy and saying someone is a cancer who needs to be fired while fundamentally misunderstanding what's being said. I think (paraphrasing) "That's not what he said, FFS" is quite appropriate as a response. It's very clear Jon is talking about internal testing. I only grudgingly deal with the toxicity on this forum as it is, but when people get all worked up about something they clearly don't even understand it starts to exceed my tolerance for stupidity.
