All fights come down to who writes it. If the creators of Goku wrote it, Goku would win. If the creators of Saitama wrote it, Saitama would win. If we discuss logically(logic, in anime?) then obviously, Saitama. However, nothing in pretty much any anime(at least that I've seen) could beat Super Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. I've already had this discussion, but people who meat ride Saitama don't understand the difference between a super human and a universe-sized robot God. Just saying.
