Sadly bungie won't tell you how long temp bans are. If it is banned you won't get it back. Sorry man.

At lest try to be helpful. I will get it back, I'll just have to wait a while. I'm pretty certain the account isn't permanently banned. I haven't made that grievous of an offense.
