My Nightstalker Hunter with Skyburner Helm (heavy kills generate orb/ replenish super), Exotic Arc Sword (kills gen orb), and Artifact with Arc Melee generate orbs.... I literally generate more orbs than kills routinely.

Only problem is that sword doesn't count as melee. I use a grenade generate orb artifact. Becasue you cant use you smoke when the sword is out.
