When I was a kid; phones had cords, and parents were allowed to whoop your ass for talking back. If you failed at something, you didn't get an award, you were taunted. Text messages were on paper, and we used something in school called The Dewey Decimal System. There was no safe space, outside of your bedroom. Bullies actually bullied you, rather than just talking trash on the Internet; because there was no Internet.
I'll be damned if I'm going to raise my kids to be like the entitled, whiny, soft pussies that you can't sneeze without hitting in today's society. Those people make me want to puke.
