If you genuinely don't know, it's one who believes, generally, that the earth is 5-10 thousand years old, and that a deity(typically the God of the Christian faith) created said earth in seven days.
-
You're a dumbass
-
What's an interweb?
-
I dunno....

Yeah I keep hearing about this interweb thing, I'm actually on a 1883 typewriter at the moment
-

I think it's a great thing thst she doesn't know what it is. One day, I hope not a single human knows anything about silly religions.
-

Someone who does not believe humans have evolved/adapted over time and instead we have always been in the same exact form we are in now (the image of God)
-
What's creationist?
Someone who thinks God created life on earth exactly how it is. Evolution does not exist to these people.
-
Why don't people believe that science and God can co-exist? I believe in God. I also believe in the Big Bang Theory, evolution, that the Earth is more than a few thousand years old, and other widely accepted theories.
-
Because if science disproves the bible.

The problem has never been between science and God. It is between science and human religions.
-
Why don't people believe that science and God can co-exist?
They can't. Religious claims fail nearly every step of the scientific method. You cannot value science and religion equally, because you're compromising one or the other.
-
The bible supports things like thermodynamics and the big bang theory. I don't see how it fails. It's weird. I don't really know what part and how much I believe.
The bible supports things like thermodynamics and the big bang theory. I don't see how it fails. It's weird. I don't really know what part and how much I believe.
Religion fails at the "test with an experiment" phase, and thus all the subsequent steps.
-
The bible also supports Adam and Eve and the creation story. So there goes any scientific credibility.
-
I agree with you
